GROUP COACHING
In Green-level Group Coaching, you'll experience an automated set of lessons to integrate into your organization's pre-existing training/onboarding structure. This can be administered to individuals or groups at the company's discretion. 1-on-1 coaching is available after the program should any participant want to dive deeper.

4 Content Sessions
This would be guided learning (virtual or in-classroom) to a small group of individuals (3-5). We will walk through our lessons and interact with all members of the session displaying examples and scenarios together. Gold is intended to be taken over (1) intro session and (4) content sessions. 1-on-1 coaching is available for those interested in diving deeper.

Diamond is a guided 1-on-1 walk-through of our lessons and their principles to multiple members of an organization. Each member of the organization will receive this same training in a 1-on-1 setting and are encouraged to work with each other between sessions for bonding, advising, and accountability. If clients would like to work with us further, they can do so for an additional fee. Diamond is intended to be taken over (5) sessions.
